Ballet at Levels 4-6, requires more from students than in junior levels. In Level 6 students begin preparing for pointe work so it is essential that they develop the strength and correct alignment to be allowed to dance en pointe.
Jazz is a high energy class that uses modern music, and develops on technique learnt in ballet. Intermediate Jazz develops style and introduces students to more complex skills, such as turns, leaps, kicks and floor work.
Intermediate Tap expands students’ knowledge of tap steps, combing them together into more complex combination steps. It also continues to develop a strong sense of musicality, rhythm and clear beats.
Acrobatics is the new trend in dance. In this fun high energy class, students will learn flips and trick and do the strengthening and conditioning needed to perform such advanced skills.
