EXCITING OPPORTUNITY
Dear Level 4 Dancers, the following has been opened up to your class by special request!!! We have an exciting opportunity to present to our Junior Dancers!
For the first time ever at the Studio D End of Year Concert, we will be having an Act 1 Finale Dance featuring only junior dancers!
The Act 1 Finale will be a Jazz dance taught by Ally and will mean an extra concert item for dancers who choose to participate.The Act 1 Junior Finale is open to all dancers from Level 1 to Level 3 (2nd year) (aged 6-10 years old).
Dancers do not need to be currently participating in a Jazz class to join. For example Hip Hop dancers in this age group may take part in this class without needing to do an additional jazz class.
Class Details
This class will take place on Thursdays and will run for 1.5 hours from 5:00-6:30pm each week until the concert. Classes will commence on Thursday the 6th of June. The 1.5 hour class will allow for some time to be spent on Jazz technique as well as working on the routine for the concert. This class will be an excellent addition for any dancers wishing to enhance their jazz technique and who wish to do an additional dance at the concert this year!
What to Wear
– Class leotard (mulberry or jacaranda) or deep purple leotard (as worn in junior lyrical and junior acro)
– Black Jazz Shorts
– Energetiks “Skintone” Classic Convertible Tights
– Jazz Shoes – Bloch Elastaboot in tan
